Creator terms
Last updated: 25 July 2026. These apply in addition to the Terms of Use for anyone joining as a Creator.
1. Certification & listing
To be listed, you must apply, submit genuine samples of your work, and complete the certification. We review applications and may approve or decline at our discretion. Listing and certification can be paused or removed for inactivity, policy breaches, or quality concerns.
2. Delivering work
You agree to deliver work matching the brief and the rights sold, on the agreed timeline. You warrant your content is original and cleared for the licensed use, including any music, footage or featured individuals, and that it meets applicable advertising standards.
3. Payment
You are paid the amount shown for your deliverable, less the platform fee, after the Brand approves the work. You agree not to solicit Brands to transact off-platform for connections made through brandrep.
4. Conduct
Treat Brands professionally, honour confidentiality where agreed, and comply with the Terms of Use. Consistent with those terms, fees are non-refundable and certification confers no guarantee of bookings or income.
